Shipping and payment policy

Ordering and shipping
After you have completed the order and fulfilled all the conditions involved, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If a product was offered unintentionally and yet is no longer available, you will be notified and the order will be cancelled, unless we make other arrangements in consultation with you. In case of cancellation, any payment made by you will be refunded as soon as possible.

Order confirmations and other mail messages may end up in the ‘unwanted items’ folder. If you do not find these messages in there either, please contact us.

Delivery time
Delivery of orders within the Netherlands usually occurs within one to two business days. For orders delivered outside the Netherlands, different delivery times apply. These differ per country.

If a delivery time has been agreed upon when ordering, it is always leading. Due to unforeseen external circumstances, there can always be a delay in delivery. We can therefore never guarantee a delivery time.

Shipping method
We work with different delivery services, namely DPD, DHL, InPost and UPS. You are responsible for accepting the package. If the package is not accepted, it can be returned to us (at some point) and you will have to pay the shipping costs again.

Payment
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, payment must be made prior to delivery of the products. Our payment methods are: iDeal, Klarna, PayPal, credit card and bank transfer.

Payments by credit card and PayPal may incur additional fees.

Shipping costs
Any shipping costs are visible before the order is finalized. For orders over € 75, – delivered within the Netherlands, no shipping costs will be charged.

Address information
It is your responsibility to enter and verify the delivery address correctly. We are never liable for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by you. Any resulting additional costs, such as additional shipping costs, may be charged to you.

Shipment delayed or lost
If you notify us that an order has not been delivered to you, we will initiate an investigation. This investigation may take approximately two weeks. If our investigation shows that the delivery service made a mistake, we will notify you and resolve the problem with the delivery service. Similarly, if our investigation reveals that we have made an error, we will notify you and resolve the problem.
